N> A New Game
So I've recently got some very nice HDMI cables for my 360, and I'm usually playing Halo3 but lately I've been just so bloody bored with it. And I really want to get a new game but I don't wanna waste like 50-70 dollars, and I also don't wannna rent games because I think it's a waste of money.
I want to get Force Unleashed, but I've played and beaten it, and I'm thinking about getting Borderlands, but I would like some pro gamers advice on games.
I'm pretty picky about my FPS games. Not a big fan of the CoD games.
So...Any suggestions gamers?

Borderlands plays like a FPS version of Diablo. I don't normally like FPS games, but I did really enjoy that one. It is also really funny. I would absolutely recommend this.
Nothing like picking up a shotgun with an item description: "Holy Crap it shoots rockets!"
My 360 library is looking mighty thin, so I can't help you with much more than that. It is easily the game I have spent the most time playing on the xbox though.

Well that's pretty comforting. So I won't be disappointed.
My collection is as follows:
Halo 3
Halo 3 ODST
Resident Evil 5
Assassins Creed
Assassins Creed II
Left 4 Dead 2
Fable 2
Star Ocean: The Last Hope ( I think thats the one)
And thats pretty much it. I had Lost Odessy but that went missing lol
So as you can see, for the most part one play-through and thats the end of it.

I'd totally recommend it. We rented it and played the hell out of it. And I'm picky about my games too. It doesn't have a gripping story or anything. But it has great gameplay and style. I can't usually get into the war-oriented FPS games myself. Fallout 3 was a good break from the norm in that regard, but it was a very desolate and lonely game and the level cap made half the stuff towards the end of the game not worth it to me. Borderlands is like Fallout 3 on crack done comic book style

Borderlands is pretty easy to get into, and you'll have a lot of fun just shooting the hell out of stuff with all manner of weapons.
