I was browsing the internet and stumbled on the text adventure game Ishar, which is web-based. After making my character, I killed a songbird because a fairy told me to do it. This is what it said, exactly:

I'm not one for text adventures usually though. I prefer graphical adventure games.
I used to play a text-based online fantasy war game called Dominion.
God that was lame.
I used to play something like... Equinox, or some :bou::bou::bou::bou:, when I was 13 or something? smurf I can’t remember. Anyway, they deleted your character if you were idle for over 2 weeks or something, so when I went on holiday I got one of my friends... well, friends from the game, to look after my account. When I came back he had stolen all my items and got me banned from the chat room.
I am still plotting revenge
