An awesome singer/songwriter from Sweden named FreddeGredde covered the Chocobo Theme with lyrics in his recent youtube vid which is a medley of various videogame themes with lyrics. He's smurfing talented.

Except, you know, that Chocobo Theme with lyrics is at least eight years old. And even that's not the original. It's by a guy on OC Remix.
Yeah, and there's even an official version with lyrics on the FFXIII soundtrack.
This is incredibly lame, IMHO.
This one is my personal favourite chocobo with lyrics.
Though the Legendary Frog one (or whoever it was that actually mixed the song) is awesome too
I like this one too.
Although it's also fairly old.
