I found a product on StumbleUpon that you attach to the end of a balloon, fill up the balloon from the product, and let the balloon go. After it whizzes around the room, the room smells better, because the product releases a scent into the balloon that is released when you let go of it.
Awkwardly enough, it's called "Fresh Blow."
I always felt it was rather weird to find workstation graphics cards when out looking for upgrades (PRICEY SOBs!!)... but that kinda pales next to what you guys describe, doesn't it?
