This is about my third playthrough of FFVIII and I'm probably late to this, but I had to comment on it.

I thought that this may have been something that you added in because I have never used the command myself. I looked on other videos and saw the same thing, though! How ridiculous!

Yeah, it really does do this.

The graphic for the background looks the same as Selphie's The End attack. I could see why they would want to recycle that background, but...

Hmm I wonder if this is where they got the idea for Quina's Eat?

Also in the game the character will say different things depending on the creature he/she eats. Delicious!!! and Tastes okay is all that I got. I did also get a message saying "Can't see anything" when I made Selphie eat a Belhemel and she was inflicted with the Blind status.

I always found it really amusing. I never really used it often at all, though. Maybe a few times.

There are a few different backgrounds. I think they're recycled from the opening because one of them is at the beach.
