Cooking some chicken right now to use in some Chicken soon. Gonna cut me up some Celery and carrots in a bit, add the chicken and broth to a crock pot, then after a bit add the egg noodles.
It won't be long until chicken noodle goodness. ^_^
P.s.: Uncooked chicken is the most horrifying meat to handle. It feels so wrong. :(

Last night I made chicken fajitas. Tonight I am having ice cream for dinner.

Anyway, I added some Oregano while it was stewing in the Crock pot, and while I think I used a bit to much water, it turned out pretty good. I just wish I had some Parsley and another spice which name I can't remember right now to add to it.
I'll have to get some next time.
This thread is another reason that General Chat needs a cooking subform.

Using rice noodles instead of eggs noodles is a good and healthy substitution.
