Cloud of Darkness is without a doubt my favourite bossfight in this game. I like Zande as a boss fight a lot, too. All fights in the World of Darkness take the third place, as they were extremely challenging.
(I'm talking about the NES version, just to be clear.)
None of the bosses on this game were that memorable to me.
Only two bosses I can remember without Google-ing. :\
