Stuck on 3mb speed here too. I hate it. And yes I have a dl cap of 30gigs per month which also sucks!

Internet connection is one of those things where quantity > quality (speed) :D Most I've done in one month is 600 GB, I could technically do about 2.5 TB in a month if I went full throttle 24/7 :p
