You misspelt riccioli. That's okay, it's all foreign words.
In the great Italian tradition, all pasta is a vector for cheese and tomato sauce. Ravioli is the distilled essence of this.
I love pasta. All pasta, I hold no pasta prejudices. Whenever I'm hungry the first thought that comes to my head is pasta, and I never get bored of it. When I head to Rome in August I intend to taste every combination of sauce and shape available, and it will be grand.
I'm part Italian so obviously I love pasta. :love:

I love pretty much all pastas. My favorite is Penne in some sort of garlic tomato sauce. :D

We make it with ricotta, but I'll concede.
Either way, you put sauce on it and at Christmas it's served during the pasta course, so I don't even care!
