Do you know any online Blackjack practice sites that actually use up the whole deck?

I'm practising this pretty useful Hi-Lo System right now, and it works fine with an ordinary deck (and seems to give quite good results), although it can be inconvenient if I have nobody to act as dealer. :p
I considered practising this on the Internet though, since I don't really like fumbling around with the cards, writing notes and keeping track of the counting all the time.

But...

All Blackjack sites I know of just mix the cards over again after each round, which makes the Hi-Lo System completely useless.
Are there any sites that act exactly like a Blackjack dealer would in real life?
