Should I re upload this video into parts?

Ages ago, I made a YouTube video on YouTube about a subject, that actually means a lot to me, because it concerns one of my favorite movies (I form emotional attatchments to movies I liked as a kid, and ones that I would have liked as a kid). All of what I say is relevent, but I think people aren't liking it too much because it is 15:00 which is too long. Do you think I should reupload the video in to parts.

Also what is the hightest a YouTube video should be in in time?
