You should have done things the Vice City way and shot his ass, or at least pulled him from your vehicle to beat him in a battle of fisticuffs.
Where were you when it happened? In a car, or on the street, or...? What time of day? Give us more details. :p
Also, why are you freaked out? I guess I'd find it weird to witness it, but you seem pretty... freaked out. xD Were you very close by or was there a gun involved or something? =o

We were at my friends house watching Airplane when it happened. He did it right outside her window. At first he saw us os he ran away and we called the cops. But then he came back 10 minutes later and stole the damn thing. The cops came shortly after.
He has balls.
In grand theft auto I use trainers to make my car weigh a ton. But it still blows up if you drive into a tank
So one time I parked a tank in the middle of the street (actually I think I got arrested there). So I was driving around like crazy and OMG A TANK BOOM
and I died.
when I was in paris, I saw what could've been anything from a mugging, to a gang fight, to a staged live-art demonstration. You have no idea in Paris.

All the damage to my car is from me trying to hit people with it.
I witnessed a bank robbery when I was in England. Everyone was all, "Erm, there's a bank robbery..."
Despite living in Memphis, I don't see much crime.
