Basically what it says on the tin, you can either build character specific relics or just general ones. Have fun!
Character Specific:
Celes
Decorative Sword - Changes Runic Blade into Spell Blade, when Celes absorbs magic spell, instead of getting mp, her weapon takes on the property of the spell, doesn't work with all magic (mostly elemental and status affliction) and only works with weapons compatible with Runic ability.
Maria's Autograph - Changes Runic Blade into Magic Counter, when Celes absorbs the spell, she automatically counters by casting the spell back. Ignores comrades spells and status magic, only works with Runic compatible weapons.

Cyan
Kojiro's Scroll - Changes Bushido into Iaijutsu, cuts charge time in half, energy bar starts full and decreases (starts at power 8 and decreases to 1) If Bar reaches zero, Cyan uses Swallow Cut, which hits all enemies for 1/4th the damage of his regular attack.
Musashi's Oar - Doubles the power of his Bushido attacks, cuts charge time in half, can be combined with Kojiro's Scroll, occasionally Cyan's sword is replaced with a boat oar when performing Bushido techniques. Can be combined with Kojiro's Scroll.
*note, the charge time ability of both relics stack.

Shadow
Sasuke's Kunai - Ninja tools are consumed at 1/2 rate. Meaning it takes 2 shuriken throws to equal 1 shuriken. Only works with Ninja items like Shuriken and scrolls.
Hanzo's Mask - Transforms attack into sneak. Shadow will disappear and attack enemies from behind, causing double damage at random. Works with back attack and pincer attacks.
Jubei's Eyepatch - Allows Throw to hit all targets but consumes equal amount of items to target. Doesn't work with scrolls, or items that are less than the number of enemies on the screen.

Magitek Armor - Transforms Trance into Magitek, Terra's sprite is altered to have Magitek armor.
Orphan's Toy - While in Trance mode, Terra gains auto-haste, auto-protect, auto-shell, regen, magic-regen, and her Trance gauge decreases at half the normal rate, consumes 5x the ABP in this form.

Lucky Coin - Changes Slots to Fixed Slots, Raises the chances of getting higher slot combinations, course this also means Joker's Doom...
1/1200 Scale Airship - Doubles the power of Dive Bomb Slot, a second airship appears in the attack animation. Can be stacked for a total of three airships, with three airships appearing to attack during the Dive Bomb slot.

Soldier's Soul - Increases Power of human class rages
Beast's Soul - increases Power of plant, fish, flying, and animal class rages
Dragon's Soul - Increases power of dragon class rages
Machine Gear - Increases power of machine type rages
Hitodama - Increases power of undead class Rages
Magi Soul - Increases power of classes not specified by other rage relics.

Book of Beast's - While equipped, raises chances of monsters/sketch/Rage using Lore techniques. Also adds Lore skill to applicable monsters under controlled status.
Gungho's Watch - Transforms Lore into double Lore.

Edgar
Desert Rose - Gives Edgar the Protect Girls status. Will take blows for female characters including some magic. Females don't even need to be in critical condition. If Sabin is in the party, Edgar will use him as shield and he'll take damage instead of Edgar, but Sabin will counter and hit Edgar for 1/10th of the damage he took.

Regular Relics
Beast's Eye - Allows Gau to learn Rages from party members battles on the Veldt.*
*Basically Gau only learns the skills of monster in battles where he Leaps and when he returns. This relic will allow him to pick up rages of enemies your party fights while waiting for him to return. Gau must be using Leap in the Veldt and it only applies to monsters fought on the Veldt.
Vengeful Soul - Grants Bone Crusher ability. Character counters with 30% chance and deals damage equal to the difference between current HP and full hp.
Lazard's Flask - Changes Item command into Mix. Can mix items, ninja tools, tools, weapons, and relics to create various effects.
Caller's Flute - Allows the wearer to summon their esper 3x
Mist Ring - Doubles power and effect duration of summoned espers at 2x the mp cost.
Defender's Statue - physical attacks do half damage and the character is treated as if in the defend status when attacked physically, doesn't work against magic, skills, and abilities that ignore defense.
Figaro Magnet - Allows a character to catch enemy Throw items. Does not work with scrolls.
Medic's Bag - Grants auto-potion skill
