Where is my heart?

It's a mind-bending heartwarming PSN mini. I love it. It takes your gaming skills and logic, flips them upside down and changes they way we play games in a simple but beautiful puzzle platformer. Here's a screenshot:

The goal is simple: get from the entrance to the exit using 3 monster characters and their abilities. But here's the trick: the game world is divided in smaller screens, and even though 2 screens might be next to each other, they may show different parts of the level. This means you're constantly focussing on separate parts on your screen and coordinating your route and jumps with hardly any visual logic. Simply put: nothing is what it seems. The result is a very fun and challenging game, wrapped in a simple but beautiful atmosphere.
