Square Enix Relocating Main Office!

I didn't know where else to put this...

There moving from their current office to Shinjuku East Side Square. Building is currently under construction and will be completed around April. SE will move in summer 2012. Their previous office was in another part of Shinjuku.

What would he be needed for?

I wonder what prompted the move? Are they going to a bigger office? A smaller office?
