On Sunny Sundays when I can be bothered to go outside, I sometimes see vehicles like the first few (classics) driving around. I don't not-appreciate seeing them, but I can't say I appreciate seeing them because I can only appreciate the exterior.
BTW my dream car (which I am less and less willing to buy as I think buying a vehicle like this is in-congruent to my lifestyle and personality) is actually a motorcycle. Take a quick peek and tell me if it's worth ... I think the starting price is 50-60k

For that price, it is certainly not worth it. That's not really the point.
It's not a vehicle you buy because it's a wise monetary investment. It's a vehicle you buy because you want to feel like a big kid. If that's what you want, I'm sure that will do the job just fine.
You could however find a donor bike and build your own. They offer kits. Perhaps second hand is an option.
There's a large specialty/enthusiast car and trike segment out there.
