A friend of mine had me help with her garage sale today. There are a weird sort of people that show up to those things. Mostly old people. They're old! They already have a bunch of stuff, what do they need more junk for?
Do you have garage sales? Do you go to them? Have you ever found anything cool at one? Can you not stand the thought of them?

I bought Castlevania II from one many years ago. That's about it for me!
My parents have had a few garage sales where I've also sold stuff. My mom's development holds an annual yard sale weekend that attracts a number of people from the area. I mostly sell old games for $1-10, and one year I think I made about $70.
I don't go out of my way to go to others' sales, though if I'm home at the time of the above annual event, I'll walk around and see what everyone is selling. I haven't found anything particularly cool yet.
I found an old person's garage sale that had Fallout 2 for $6. It was awesome.
Well.... You know how I feel about old people.
I found a box full of slinkys and hyper bounce balls at a garage sale once.
Stole them and ran like crazy.
I had a garage sale yesterday. Made 65 dollars. Not bad. Didn't manage to sell my roboraptor.
