Let's Create Acronyms for This Compilation

I've been coming up with acronyms that can be used for this compilation. An acronym, and initialism, should be expanded here. If there is a pun on an acronym in RL or an in-game term, say so.

Examples in RL:
Acronym: Aircraft Investor Resources
Initialism: Headquarters

One thing: Avalanche, Jenova, and Soldier are capitalized in the American/English version - when they should only have the first letter capped. You don't see most of the cast with their named capped, now do you?

Here are some that I made for this compilation:
» Highwind Marine Ship - a pun on the HMS term which is His/Her Majesty Ship (a British ship prefix)
» W.R.O. Education / WRO Education - I've seen some RL acronyms which use the first letter of the acronym within, i.e. PHP Hypertext Preprocessor which PHP here meaning Pre Hypertext Processor
» Highwind Air Ship
» Avalanche Team
» the Specialized Purpose Inablement and Espionage department (which is headed by Yuffie) - SPIE should be said as "spy"
