TV Recording Software

So I will be streaming a huge Side Tournament in two weeks(EVO if that matters). There will be commentary, and all this other fun stuff. The only thing is, if internet is an issue i need a back up plan to record the matches.

I already have a video capturing device (Matrox MXO2 Mini if that helps), I just need a good, preferably free, software that i can use on my PC Laptop to record matches and upload them later in case internet is an issue. If anyone can help, i would greatly appreciate this!

You are gonna stream live from Evo? That's pretty cool. You should tell us whereto find it when it starts.

But in case it doesn't work out, i still would like a good free program to record matches on from my video capture box. ^^;
