I'll say what I've said before:
What the smurf is going on with Steiner's armour? It like...stops at his knee...then he's wearing armoured shoes, but his shins are exposed. WHAT IS THIS? WHY DOES HIS ARMOUR FLAIR OUT AT THE THIGH LIKE HE IS WEARING PANTALOONS?
I thought Zidane's boots having the same kinda highlights as the ones on many of the sprites in the NES version of FF3 was a really nice touch. It was the very first thing I noticed when I saw his render on a poster.
Vivi in Trance mode just looks fantastic!

While I agree the outfits are the most "fabulous," some of them are also the weirdest. Weird.
Amarant's outfit may not be fabulous, but it does make him look like a badass who could effortlessly beat you to death with his bare hands.
