Wow, I'm a finalist! Thank you everyone for believing in a lowly newbie :D For this round, here are my answers!

1. Loony BoB has told Psychotic to 'Shut the smurf up'. We don't allow swearing! We also don't allow people to order other people around in such a manner. Loony Bob has been a bad boy. He needs to be punished. What do you do?

Well, the situation needs to be addressed in steps. BoB should be privately spoken to (most likely PM) as we don't want to cause drama in front of the other members. He should be told that his language is not appropriate and neither is his actions towards Psy. Afterwards, try to resolve the issue between him and Psy so no future arguments can arise. Finally, BoB should either be warned (if this is the first time) or temporarily suspended.

2.Pike and I'm My Own Milf were caught having sex in front of the children at her kindergarten. That's disgusting! What do you do?

It has nothing to do with the forum so it really has nothing to do with the staff here. Everyone's welcome to their own opinion and everything, but there's no need for action, really.

2a. Now the kids are asking what they were doing. What do you tell them?

Again, nothing much to do with the forum but to answer the question; they were wrestling and it was really naughty of them. They will be punished.

3. Wolf Kanno is drunk. Again. He's also posting pornographic pictures of Pike and I'm My Own Milf having sex in front of children into a thread in EoFF. What do you do?

Take the photos down and warn Kanno about his behaviour. If he does not see reason, it calls for the account to be suspended temporarily. We can't stop people if they want to get drunk, but perhaps warn him not to post whilst drunk if he keeps breaking the rules doing so.

4. Shiny is replying to threads with nothing more than the statement "fire_of_avalon, I forgive you for what you have done. I'm sorry for what I have also done. Will you marry me?" This has nothing to do with the topic of the threads, and she will not stop. What do you do?

Tell her that her posts are inappropriate and irrelevant, if she wishes to sort out a feud then she should do so in private.

5. Del Murder has set Eyes on Final Fantasy on fire. It's already reached The Lounge and the smoke is making it hard for Raistlin and Vivi22 to breathe. What do you do?

Get them both to lay on the floor with cloth over their mouths and try to find an exit. Guide them out safely and call an ambulance. And the fire brigade. Then tell Del he is a moron.

6. Krissy has started a thread demanding that all of the Staff step down because "they're a bunch of titty pussy wanking homotwats that couldn't tell a mothersmurfer from a toilet seat if it hit them on the head."

Remove the thread and warn Krissy that her language was not acceptable and if she has a problem with the staff, she should discuss it with them. There's no need to cause drama.

7. Rantzien has been constantly entering porn links into the #eoff chatroom. What do you do?

Kick him from the chat and warn him that this behaviour will get him suspended. If he carries on, suspend him.

8. Hypoallergenic Cactuar is humping your leg. What do you do?

Kick him in the face. Politely tell him to get off.

9. Hypoallergenic Cactuar isn't humping your leg. What do you do?

Check for a fever.
10. You're unsure of what to do. What do you do?

Dance around to My Little Pony. Then watch Batman.

I see you have already learned to give HC a hard time ;) two things though! Firstly, krissy is a dude. Don't blame you for getting that one wrong. Secondly, we have this neat function called drunk tanking for those members who get a little too wild when drunk. :D

I have questions for you, millie. I trust you are well!

1. Font. Do you know that I find it difficult to read your posts in that font? x_x Would you sacrifice your font in order to ensure that people are likely to read your posts rather than skim them? Obviously this isn't a personal criticism. A lot of great people use fonts that I get annoyed at. I can only speak for myself, too. Needless to say, though, the question is still of interest to me. ;)

2. Walkthrough. You've been doing a fantastic job on this, and I worry that having you as a Cid's Knight would drag your interests from the frontsite to the forums. What is your opinion on the seperation between forums and site? Also, what is your stance between the two of them - do you think you would prefer working on the site, or moderating members?

3. Young! Well, I don't know your actual age. But in EoFF terms, you're obviously a very new member by comparison to many of the other members in this contest. How do you feel this affects your chances?

4. Intensity. The staff at EoFF can be pretty intimidating to a lot of people. Can you handle really heated debates about forum/site policy? How do you handle yourself in such situations?

No problem! It's my pleasure :D

1. If I had been told earlier I would've already ditched it. I didn't realise it was so difficult to read since I prefer/am used to small fonts. I'll make sure I stick to the default in the future!

2. I think being a CK is to do with both the front site and the forums and as I have said to Freya, it'd work better if the CKs were to help contribute to the front site more. It's more work, sure, but the load will be evenly spread out rather than dumping it on the few. Also, it'll add some more flare to the site with everyone's little flare of personality. I should think the front site and the forums should be integrated more and perhaps encourage the members to contribute too. Maybe by hosting article competitions or something :D

3. For actual age, I'm 21! But, in terms of EoFF I know I have a slim chance of winning. There are members here whom you trust more and know almost for definite they'll stick around. Of course, me saying I will hang around is just words; I'd completely understand if you chose somebody you knew.

4. I have very argumentative siblings so I'm used to having put my point across. In debate, I think it's best to keep things calm and to try to explain your point of view. If you say "I think...." without reason, people are more likely to just get irate. As for the staff themselves, I'm sure they're lovely people and the intimidation,in my opinion, is just more of them being an authority figure. If you're on the same level as them, it shouldn't really pose a problem.

Good question. I think I'd still like to give the editors and the staff a helping hand with site projects as much as I am able to. I enjoy it and I also enjoy putting effort into things to do a good job. I feel very welcomed here, so I feel like I should give you something back! :D
