What I'm seeing is some is much reference to Mandarin, his rings, possibly Radioactive Man (most likely just go by his civilian name, whatever that is), and even some mention of Extremis.
Speaking on the latter, some have speculated it may play some major role in the next film. I predict that like the "Plan B" armor in Avengers, the Extremis will only be introduced in the last couple of minutes in the film for maximum impact and partial teaser for the direction Iron Man may go in the future if the franchise continues.
A villain some have hyped in attempt to push audience expectation of his appearance in the near future is Fin Fang Foom who could bring a more cosmic view to the Iron Man mythos so as to intertwine with such films as Thor and Fantastic Four. The only foreseeable problem is his fairly goofy-sounding name.
