Narrators
I firmly believe that William Shatner should narrate everything. Who's with me?
This thread is about great narrators or people who should narrate more often. Alec Baldwin's soothing voice brings me to a happy place and I wish he would narrate more films.
-
James Earl Jones is an obvious choice. His voice is deep, clear, and he's got perfect diction.
-
Morgan Freeman also has such a great voice.
-
This. Thread is. Awesome.
-
+1 on Shatner, Baldwin, and Freeman. Add Christopher Lee to that and we have most of the usual suspects down.
As for a bit more ununusual choices: Alan Rickman. Wouldn't that be sweet. Patrick Stewart!
-
I can agree with Christpopher Lee!
Also Sigourney Weaver. Planet Earth was best when she was narrating. gtfo Oprah :colbert:
-
Samuel L. Jackson is probably not a top tier of narrating, but he did a splendid job narrating, "Go The smurf To Sleep"
-
I'm pretty sure everything is improved by Morgan Freeman's voice. I also agree with Rantz's suggestions of Rickman and Stewart. Stewart would be a great choice for a narrator.
I'll just throw Liam Neeson's name out there, because Liam Neeson can do everything.
-
I enjoy Leonard Nimoy, but one of the best was Orson Welles.
-
I could totally be a narrator. That should be my future job. How do I get that job.
Also, Mike Rowe you smurfers.
-
Gilbert Gottfried has to have the most pleasant narrating voice in recent history. Morgan Freeman has nothing on Iago.
If anyone doubts the legitimacy of this, I present the following: here.
-
If Isaiah Mustafa narrated anything, even my bank transactions, I would be very very happy.
-
-
The answer is clearly Morgan Freeman.
I don't pretend to know why so many of you are lying and listing other people as your favorites, but you should really stop.
