Curious to see which of the main Final Fantasy games people haven't played. This isn't played some and put it down but never even fired it up.
FFXIV is the only one I never bothered with but that's largely due to my experience with XI showed me that its just not a genre I can get into.
I haven't started II yet, though I have the ROM. It's only a matter of time. I haven't played XIII, for obvious reasons, and while I really want to play XIV, I am tragically unable. :(
What about 10-2 13-2?
If we start allowing numbered direct sequels, then questions regarding other spinoffs will appear as well and then there's no knowing where this will end, but my initial guess would be amphetamine and crack.

For simplicity's sake I stuck to the "main numbered" Final Fantasy games. That and it keeps everyone off of amphetamine and crack.
I'm quite a young grasshopper when it comes to the actual games; I've not played any of the Final Fantasies up to VI. I've played VII, X (And it's sequel), XII (And it's sequel) and XIII (And it's sequel).
I have seen VIII being played though, my older brother played it right through to the end, though I personally never played it. That junctioning system just seems strange. I would love to play IX though, it's apparently very good according to the other members of the board.
The only ones on this list I haven't played at all are XI through XIV, but I haven't finished I through III and VIII. I probably haven't played any of those for more than an hour each.
Only XIV but that will change someday. Suprised FFX is the only one we've all played so far!
Only II and XI for me. I haven't beaten all of the others, but I've at least played part of them.
XI. It would've been XIV, too, but I did try out a little bit of it at PAX 2010.
I would say these results are wholly un-shocking. As for me I have played all but the online entries, and I don't have any incentive to change that any time soon.
Technically I've played them all. But I don't remember much of FFIV (I know I got at least a four or five characters) and I don't remember FFIII at all (I'm guessing I didn't get very far). So I need to replay those two sometime.
I feel embarrassed to be here; I've not really played that many FF games compared to the rest of you guys!
