Oldboy: When he fights his way through the hallway in one continuous, from-the-side take.

Toy Story: Riding in the Pizza Planet truck

Schindler's List: When (SPOILER)he breaks down at the end wishing he could have done more.

The Shawshank Redemption: The first scene entering the prison, with the Theme Song playing. That song always gives me chills.
