A Golf Caddy.
A motorcycle with a helicopter engine.
A jet or Thomas the Tank Engine. Just to make people wonder if they're awake or high.
I prefer to just drive in my Raiden costume.

I would also accept a police car with the sirens on.
Despite the reputation of tanks as extremely fast and the experiences of the Second World War, the fastest tank in the world today is the S2000 Scorpion Heavy Recon/Light Tank manufactured by Repaircraft, and even that only gets up to about 50mph. In short you won't be doing much speeding. (Unless you turn the turret around 180 and continually fire the main gun, of course).
