Ohh, good question!
I'm inclined to say Besaid, but that's largely because it's my favorite area... the temple just looks so peaceful with a seaside view. It would be interesting to see what the vibe is like in and around the temple. However, answering the question directly, I would want to visit Macalania Temple's trials, I'd be curious to see how all the magic of that cloister works! -- moving the stantions (sp?) around, and seeing how the various iced pathways are created and destroyed would be pretty cool.
Hmm... I would have to go with Zanarkand, mainly because of how haunting it is.
I wouldn't want to visit Macalania though. That bloody ice puzzle...
