movies about golf

They are more entertaining than watching actual golf anyway.

In my humble opinion, while Happy Gilmore and Caddyshack are great films, the last ten minutes of Tin Cup really puts it higher up to the "awesome" rating, making it my favourite movie about golf. What about you guys?

I love Happy Gilmore.

Golf is not only the most boring sport ever, but it's also produced some of the most boring movies ever. Caddyshack is the only one I could get in to.

Happy Gilmore is awesome.

Caddyshack is amazing. Happy Gilmore is okay.

Though I do like golf itself. The Majors and the Ryder Cup anyway. Miles better than cricket.

Firstly, as a child, I remember enjoying Alley Cats Strike, though I can't remember anything about it right now.

Secondly, I don't know if having some scenes in a bowling alley, and some use of it in comedy scenes, classifies Big as a bowling movie.

icefight is something you don't care to comprehend. the mighty ducks is the third best hockey movie ever, but this thread is about golf.
