Failing that, I think you should just get everyone to post you some art. I'd make you a postcard or something!
I made a bunch of cranes and have hung them on my ceiling other than that its mostly posters of band flyers I have stolen.
I do like the idea of mounting painted/varnished drift wood out of a corner.
Or exposing the brick for a little petina... found art/op shop crap made into decor super cheap is the way to go though...

I have christmas lights I line my walls with and some other things that babe has kindly gifted to me <333 and things I've picked up at thrift shops. I really want to get some nets with glass buoys in them to hang but I have yet to acquire those.
i want to get chili lights, those things are boss.

I recommend that everyone buy one or two, in addition to their obvious artistic merit they make excellent fly-swatters, are good to wrap your sandwiches in, and operate as fabulous telescopes. And apparently it's free shipping all weekend.

i'm not gonna do any room modification, as i plan on moving out of here to somewhere with a more scenic view. when that happens, so does the carpentry and masonry.
Fair enough but if you really want to spice up your walls find some blown up pictures of jalepenos ;)
