Depends, at work I wear a chef's smock and an apron. At home, various degrees of nakedness and clothes.

i cook in my clothes just my regular clothes
i'm not gonna show you my whole wardrobe i'm way too lazy for that

Just regular clothes for me, too. T-shirt and jeans, it's all you need.
I have a super adorable green and orange paisley apron but it's buried in boxes right now :(
You don't need an apron to use the microwave!
apron?pfwah. I do it naked, unless I'm frying something with fat or stuff that can come flying towards my bits and burn them. Then I make sure to wear underwear.
