What's your favorite kind of cheese?

I personally love me some marbled cheddar, or any kind of two coloured mild cheddar. Spicy cheddar is also very good.

I don't care much for sharp cheeses.

I love swiss on a burger.

But my favourite all time cheese is smoked gouda.

I haven't tried very many cheeses, and I'm generally not a huge cheese fan. That being said. I love having pepperjack cheese on sandwiches.

Havarti Dill, or Blueberry Goat Cheese.
