Yeah, when we finally got to see Chappu, I could not understand what Wakka meant about him being similar :/

I think the nose and eyes. If you look at him in the not movie like scenes (sorry about the phrasing) just when you have the character walking around or in battle or what have you, the eyes and nose do look similar. But that's about it really :/.

(SPOILER)I had to say it lol. But he looks way more like Wakka to me.
I think it's more about the way he carries himself, how he acts and a bit his looks that reminded Wakka of Chappu.
I was also in the "he looks nothing like Tidus" bandwagon. Maybe it was more the way he acted (star Blitzball player/no forethought to jump into anything) that reminded him of Chappu. Does he ever say, "[Tidus] reminds me of Chappu." ? I honestly don't remember. Either way, I don't think so.
