So my great grandmother, God bless her, let me see this movie way back when. It wa a cute little kids' film about a little girl with...well, magic powers. She could do whatever she wanted.

I read the books when I was a kid.
Apparently there were a bunch of jokes and puns that didn't translate over very well so there were a lot of parts that went over my head. xD
I feel sad for everyone who didn't get to enjoy the original Pippi as a child!
I watched the cartoon. It was good, I liked it.
What?! There was a movie and a cartoon? I read the books as a kid though. Enjoyed the heck out of them.
