I was caught up on the manga before I even started on the show. At the time it only had a few episodes out. D:
But tbh, I like watching the anime more than reading the manga; you can see their 3D gear in action.
(SPOILER) i saw a female titan in the show already (or one with very defined breasts otherwise), but it's totally likely that there are more titan riders...i have theories but i'm pretty sure they're right so i don't want to spoil anything.
actually you know what, the below spoiler are theories which may end up as spoilers so don't read if you don't wanna know what i think or think back to this thread if this gets revealed later on
(SPOILER) the big titan and the muscular running titan both have to be people, and they're likely someone from the force/eren's father, trying to cause havoc in the walls/upset the status quo. i also don't think it's a coincidence that all the titan's die by slicing the nape of the neck and that's where eren sits when piloting... i've considered that the common titans are just dead people/people who have been eaten/experimented on as well.
