The next Live Letter is this Thursday, the 8th. Presumably phase 4 will start sometime shortly thereafter.

Early Access will start on the 24th and phase 4 client downloads should be available this weekend..that is if I read correctly.

I just got an email saying that the tester codes for Phase 4 would be sent out, but I thought it was Open?

Just a guess, but it may be for the day-early access. Only testers from phase 3 or before get to start phase 4 a day early, so that part isn't open.

Also, you will be able to pre-download the game on the 15th so on the 16th/17th you can dive straight in! :D
