Let's talk about these delicious treats. We call them Siopao, and they're basically steamed buns with meat filling (pork, rabbit) and an egg in the middle.

Also, I've never had rabbit, but I would try it if I had the option!
Rabbit? Closest I've ever had to that is elk, and God was it good.

I bought some of those from the international market once! I didn't know what they were (they were in the frozen food section and the packaging was all in Asian of some sort), but they were good!

Buns look delicious but I've never had them before....probably would be good with ground beef and cheese.
If I had to say one good thing about Guiyang, it's steamed buns.
I like the milk custard ones. Though sometimes, when you've really craving it, the BBQ Pork Bun is the best food in the world.
