Well guys, it has been a long time in the works, but the release date for the English version of Final Fantasy X/ X-2 HD remaster has finally been announced. According to the official Playstation Blog the long awaited remaster will be released in North America on March 18th, 2014, and March 21 in Europe.
Unfortunately, this is only confirmed for the PS3 version, and it has yet to be confirmed whether or not the VITA versions will be released on the same day.
Square Enix has also released the following trailer in promotion of the game.

I thought it was going to be in winter. Square Enix strikes again with not being able to hold onto a release date.
What makes me annoyed is that FFXIV will be released on the PS4 already and I'll probably be investing time on that. I had hoped to finish FFX before 14 was released. Oh well.
Still, at least we do have a date!

The winter date was only for Japan

Especially since most of the work has already been done. It should just be replacing the text files and the voice audio.

To be fair only Tidus was whiny, the rest were pretty normal or adults.

He wasn't even all that whiny, taking his situation into consideration. He's a pretty realistic portrayal of a modern day city boy who suddenly loses his luxurious life of no worries.

That's a really good point. He's still whiny as hell, but considering the kind of person he was and what happened to him, I guess it makes sense. Thank you for that insight.
