2014 Sochi Winter Olympics: two toilets in one stall

In the men's bathroom at one of the sporting venues for the upcoming 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia, a journalist took a photo that depicted two toilets, side-by-side, in the same stall. I can't help but wonder: what were they thinking?!

Yeah that would be a pretty crappy situation to be in.
