I considered putting this in general gaming, but really it wouldn't be a discussion about games at all. :greenie:
If you were an NPC, what would you say? Would you make some sort of remark about the weather, or about where you are? Or would you ask a doomed-to-not-be-answered question about the player character's origins?

I would like to steal a line from FF IX as an NPC and say "I'm telling you, people who eat pickles are nice people."
Likely, I would be an NPC who's only line was botched in translation, and it is beyond recognizable what I was trying to say.
I'd be gazing up at the sky saying that I'm waiting for the stars to come out. That would be my NPC.

If it were a JRPG which usually undoubtedly feature a war I'd be a soldier simply leaning against a wall near the big battle with "smurf this" as a line.
When I retired from my job as RGM for Dragon Nest Europe, there was discussion about them (eFusion) asking Shanda (the owners) to make an NPC in honor of all my hard work and dedication, they asked me what lines I would like my NPC to say and I decided I wanted him to say "The Game" lol.
Shamefully Shanda never warmed to the idea and said no :( but it was nice of them to ask in the first place ^^.
"Spare some gold?" (Donating gets you an item you probably all ready have 50 of)

"Do you even grind, bro?"

After murdering the greatest part of humanity I virtualized myself to hide in this world and become immortal.
