What are some random NPC's in games that you wish you could see more of? Ones that showed an interesting character and made you wish they had a bigger role in the game?
I'm sure I could think of plenty, but the one I'm thinking of most right now is Momo, from Dark Cloud.

I would also say Morrid from FFIX.

Not necessarily a random NPC but once I finished Moira's sidequest in Fallout 3, I kind of felt like I finished the game as there just wasn't anything else interesting to do after her crazy requests.

I mentioned this in a VII thread, but I always wish we could have had more of Jessie in the game. Really, all of the non-playable AVALANCHE group.
I'll have to think more about this.
I second Jessie and the other AVALANCHE members as well. I also don't think we had enough Biggs and Wedge in Final Fantasy VIII :colbert:

That one paranoid delusional elf in Oblivion amused me. I think I would have liked to humor him longer. Or ... torture his mind
Drasna from Pokémon X. My favorite Elite 4 in the entire series, has like four lines.
But if being a boss doesn't count, then Spacey Girl from Persona 4.
