That mother smurfing Jump Roping minigame.
Gameplay-challenge-wise, easily the Via Infinito in X-2. Nothing else even comes close.
Collecting 99 Vagrisk Claws without cheating.

Jump Rope and Speed Square are both super hard. Lightning bolts too, but I think that just requires more patience than anything.
Lightning Bolts is easy, I got to an incredible 197! ...:stare:
