Which kind do you prefer?

Freaking love bbq beef ribs that have cooked like, all damn day. Holy god, best things ever.

Poor, sweet Sarah. It's pork bbq or nothing. I don't give two craps about beef ribs.

BBQ pulled pork is where it's at for pork. Ribs are beef or nothing.

I freaking adore Memphis Dry Rub pork ribs.

And pulled pork is only good if it's been smoked in a smoker. None of that "oh you can get the same effect from a crock pot!" bs.

I also love burnt ends with spicy BBQ on a piece of white bread, topped with cole slaw, dill pickle slices, and pickled jalepeno.

I would happily eat either as meat is meat.

If I had to choose though it would be pizza.

Either really, but I chose pork because I bloody love pork.
