haha yea ok i'll just stand up in #eoff for 17 hours a day
haha 17 hours! :lol: It actually works good with a laptop, so if your tired you can always go sitdown. I just plan on spending 8 hours a day studying math while at the desk. Helps with blood circulation. Trying to be less sedentary and also live a active life style.
I saw a neato thing recently where you can get one of these made out of cardboard which makes it really easy to move around. It's a pretty cool idea.

Standing in one place for long periods of time is not easy on your body. After about 4 hours, my feet hurt so bad I have to sit down. I got a high barstool that I can pull up and sit in and still reach my keyboard. Also a gel pad to stand on. Carpet wasn't cutting it.
Fortunately I get bored and pace around a lot anyway
