How many characters in the series have experience on stage?
I know of Cloud and the optionals (Barret, Tifa, Aerith, Yuffie), Zidane, Blank, Marcus, Cinna, Baku, Steiner, Garnet, Vivi, Yuna/Lenne, Irvine, Quistis, Zell, Selphie technically, Leblanc but only disguised as Yuna.
Bartz is a crazy good pianist, so he can at least handle being on stages, even if he isn't singing.

Man the whole main six of FFXII could be involved really. You're allowed six on the stage and they all seem mental enough.
