Anyone else here love the Emperor? He used to be my least favorite but overtime I've come to really appreciate him. Even if he lacks character development, he is such a smug asshole that always out thinks the heroes that you just really want to tear him a new one. Besides how many other villains came back from the dead after conquering the Underworld?
