Hulu Plus - is there a website that emails you to remind you of series starting?

I struggled to fit a coherent sentence into that topic title, but I'm having a bit of trouble with Hulu Plus.

See, I live in the UK but use a DNS unblocker to subscribe to things like the US/Canadian Netflix, the WWE Network and Hulu Plus. The problem with Hulu is that when series are being aired it only stores 3-5 episodes at one time, an example being The Following; I want to watch Season 2 from the beginning, but I can't because I think it only has something like episodes 9-15 available to watch at the moment. I didn't even realise it had started airing.

Because I'm not in America I obviously don't get to see advertisements about upcoming shows, so is there some sort of website that will give me email alerts for when they're about to start airing?

Something like Tavrobel posted in the Spring Anime topic (http://anichart.net/spring) is essentially what I'm after, if it doesn't send you updates at least it's something to reference.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
