Okay so obviously will get a handful of people coming in here talking about how ridiculously easy the game is and they only play the Hard type version on their Super Famicom cause they are hardcore like that and I need to gloat about my e-penis. :roll2
So ignoring those assholes, which boss gave you the most trouble?
None of them now, but that's only because of experience. I swear I am not showing off my e-penis.
Having said that, when I was a kid the Delta Sisters gave me heaps of trouble because I was so under leveled and the Delta Attack destroyed my party.
The Evil Wall had me scrambling for life potions when I was a kid, too.
Evil Wall, Bahamut and Zeromus took me several tries to beat on FFIV Hard Type (SNES version). It didn't help that I was playing with the fastest battle speed. Ashura was also somewhat difficult, IIRC.
Zeromus, Barbariccia and Rubicante, if I remember correctly. They took me a few tries. Mostly because the battle speed was on max and my fingers could not adapt enough.
The Dark Elf gave me serious problems. I didn't discover the save point nearby until my third play through of this game so each time I lost I had to crawl back through probably the worst FF dungeon in existence.
Those pesky walls.
