Ultima Weapon in FFVIII. Everything is perfect about him. Spectacular build-up, a perfect choice of music (not the typical boss music but the fantastically intense "Only a Plank Between One and Perdition"), a great design and to cap it all off, he is wielding Cloud's Ultima Weapon.
Ultima Weapon was one of the high points of the catastrophe that was FFVIII.
