I like reading community updates. It's the only reason why I come to these forums. Without community updates, I don't know how the forums can survive. Everyone will be so outdated and lost. :(

Community updates give me a warm fuzzy feeling inside and also like when you go down hills in cars and your tummy does that weird jumpy thing :greenie:

Oh hey it's the Community Update that featured a thread, that was split into two threads, that was pretty much why I quit staff and dropped off activity wise here for a while. :ohdear:

Eggs just make me angry, what can I say

That 'fact or feeling' thread is still something I discuss with people to this day and the thread always comes into my mind when I do it, even if I haven't re-read it until now. I know I probably won't ever really be able to truly empathise with people who suffer from gender related issues (and the abuse that sadly seems to come with it even now) but I honestly do feel that the thread helped me learn a lot, and I enjoy having environments these days where I can discuss such things with non-binary people and their friends in which we trade thoughts.

Either way, thanks, EoFF. For the nice understanding posts, that is. Not the ones that upset people.

That was an interesting thread. I think you handled the subject very well and respectfully, BoB, especially given that it's such a sensitive topic that you weren't super familiar with.
