A staple of many RPGs which world map was your favorite?
But I love them all!
Oddly enough, considering it's my least favorite FF, I really like the world map from II because of its pangaea-esque nature. I also really like V's world maps, and Chrono Trigger's overworld is pretty cool.

Dragon Quest VIII by far.
Chrono Cross, Ni No Kuni, and Skies of Arcadia are awesome as well.
Kind of generic, but any world map where I can look more freely around. So, mostly more recent game world maps. (Especially if I have to deal with random battles!)
I do love how DQ8 and Ni No Kuni let you zoom out and fly though the sky with the full map there.Quote:

I liked how it played into the plot so well and changed as you went along.
Elder Scroll Oblivion. I only like flying over the imperial city actually. :|
